Trewithen Dairy is a small Cornish dairy farm looking to maintain a truly local following and local sustainability, while also building a national listings portfolio.
Absolute used a customer research strategy to define the issues with Trewithen Dairy. They brought together the brand’s product range with cohesive illustration, styling and tone of voice, defining the dairy with the tagline: ‘From happy healthy Cornish cows’. New artwork and fresh, vibrant colours created a fitting personality, shelf standout and story-telling devices. A specially drafted ‘Trewithen World’ tone of voice allowed the brand opportunity to share stories, both on products and across future communications platforms.
The new brand redesign returned a massive £4million increase in turnover in less than a year. The dairy achieved and extended listings across the big four supermarkets within the year, delivering additional sales value of over £500,000, whilst also increasing their local customer bases by 30%.
