Skin Diligent’s new design resonated with consumers and retailers alike, enabling the skincare brand to secure luxury listings in France, Belgium and the UK.
The pioneering epigenetic skincare brand had launched in 2021 but was struggling to communicate its efficacy, as well as its candidacy as a competitor to big luxury names.
To overcome these roadblocks to growth, Skin Diligent engaged Free The Birds on a full redesign in 2024, which has led to one of Europe’s leading clean beauty retail chains signing the brand and enabled two new products to be launched within the design framework.
Encompassing brand positioning, visual and verbal identity, packaging design and communications, the new look communicates Skin Diligent’s scientific capabilities as well as providing a luxury feel, increasing desirability and shifting perceptions. Since the redesign elevated its positioning, the brand has featured in leading publications such as Forbes, and in the FT alongside a product over eight times more expensive.
