London Creative and Digital Fusion wanted to establish themselves as the go-to partner for entrepreneurial SMEs in the creative and digital spaces. Simplifying their range of services, highlighting the benefits of working in partnership and removing the ambiguity around eligibility were the three key routes to achieving this aim and to involving 1,000 businesses.
The design solution focused on connecting the drive and knowledge of the entrepreneur with the business skills of the advisors. Bold colours and graphics ensure new services stand out and these were balanced by the formal London Fusion typeface representing the organisation’s academic foundations. Finally, an Eligibility Pathway – made up of a series of filtering questions – was introduced online, allowing London Fusion to target the most appropriate businesses.
The target number of 1,000 companies had already signed up with six months still to run, receiving 7,500 hours of advice and attending 150 workshops between them. What’s more, 95% satisfaction has been consistently recorded from client feedback.
